Yes, we use SSL encryption to ensure that the information is safe from anyone trying to intercept it. For more security information, please refer to our Privacy Policy

Do you ship outside of the US?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship orders outside the US. But we're working on making that a possibility!

Does shipping time include weekends?
Most orders ship within two to three business days of the order being placed. Due to FedEx shipping rules, weekends are not included in the shipping estimate.

Can I change my shipping address?
Because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, we are unfortunately unable to edit order details after an order has been placed.

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your DesignWorks Ink product, feel free to return the product for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. Please contact us at hello@designworksink.com for further instructions.

When will the credit appear on my card?
If you are returning products, a refund will be applied to your card within 2-3 business days of receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse. However, it can take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
